The ProfilPASS in Preparation for Retirement is aimed at people who are in transition to retirement. The ProfilPASS offers users the opportunity to create a competence profile by systematically recording and documenting their competences and to recognise their own potential, even if it is still unknown. By making individual competences visible, personal and post-professional (further) development and (re)orientation are to be promoted. Through a variety of impulses and examples, the user is shown the possibilities and opportunities of the new stage of life. In order to develop this version of the ProfilPASS, the existing ProfilPASS portfolio was used and adjustments were made regarding the needs of the target group.
The ProfilPASS in Preparation for Retirement is characterised by the following features:
Printable ProfilPASS in Preparation for Retirement
The entire ProfilPASS in Preparation for Retirement as a PDF, optimised for printing in DIN A4 format.
ProfilPASS in Preparation for Retirement as a desktop version
The entire ProfilPASS in Preparation for Retirement as a PDF, optimised for on-screen viewing.
The CONVOLUT-Toolkit includes a variety of instruments and materials from different countries that deal reflexively with the topics of retirement, aging and volunteering. The target group, i.e. people who are in transition to retirement, can use these tools to reflect on their own life biography and to prepare for retirement and plan their time that will be released. One way to stay or become active in retirement is to volunteer. The tools on this topic are intended to help people find the right volunteer position. In addition, manuals for counsellors are presented that can support the counselling process with the intended target group.
The Manual for Counsellors is an accompanying document for the CONVOLUT-Toolkit and the ProfilPASS in Preparation for Retirement. It provides background information as well as guidelines and suggestions for counsellors on how the Toolkit and the ProfilPASS in Preparation for Retirement can be applied.
The Curriculum is based on the CONVOLUT-Toolkit and the Manual for Counsellors. It provides guidance and suggestions for the training of counsellors both in terms of training content and methods.
Recently, all six CONVOLUT partner countries (Austria, Germany, Greece, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden) carried out a national research in order to identify the needs of the future users of the project outcomes. The comprehensive report of Identification of Needs represents a compilation of the partner’s findings and includes good practices as well as useful recommendations for the development of the CONVOLUT toolkit.
